What is the best powder foundation?

everyone i know seems to prefer covergirl.

There are a couple kinds of these.

First are "cream to powder" foundations. These come in a compact and are applied with a dry sponge--they give you one with the compact, and it's fine. Cover Girl makes a pretty good one of these.

The other kind are "mineral" foundations. They look like loose powder but cover far better. I wear Bare Minerals, but that's expensive; Maybelline makes a good drugstore line.
