You have to turn it off then turn it back on after an hour. After that plug your iPod to your computer then erase some of the stuff on your computer than find something on your computer that says erase or delete if it does not work go to the Apple store in the mall or a place where people sell Apple things.Never go to a person that is selling ipods on the streets.
