You need to be certified with the OSHA, which requires a visit from one of their officials. They will give you a training pack which will need to be followed by ALL employees. This will then be tested by a short written / multiple choice exam. Once OSHA qualified, you will get a certificate which says you have fulfilled the requirements so legally you are safe from being sued etc.
