Who is the actress in the cigna insurance commercial?

I just saw the commercial and thought, "I recognize her!" I'd only seen her in one TV episode of Drop Dead Diva, but her eyes were so distinctive they caught my attention and I went searching.

I may be wrong, but photos of Scottie Thopmson sure resembles the lady in the Cigna Commercial.
