What cartoon did Dr. Seuss create and win an Oscar for?

As a writer, Ted Geisel (Dr. Seuss' real name) was responsible for the Documentary Films "Hitler Lives" (1946) and "Design for Death" (1947), both of which won Academy Awards. He also came up with the cartoon short, "Gerald McBoing Boing," which won an Oscar in 1951.
