Is roy rogers Clint blacks dad?

I don't think he did or has. Clint Black and Lisa Hartman were revealed as the Snow Owls on The Masked Singer. There was a clue about a Roy Rodgers Drink which was the only connection on the show.

It wont' surprise me if at some point Clint does reveal that he is related to Roy Rodgers. They look way too much alike not to be related in some way.
