Why is one vaLve shooting more oil then the other on a chevy 350?

If you asking about the volume of oil travelling through the pushrods onto the rockers, perhaps there are plugged passages restricting the flow. Check that all the pushrods are free of obstructions and the oil return passages are not blocked.
