10 reason behind why women are not allowed to work outside?

This question makes no sense. In the USA the women were not "disallowed" nor was there a legislation that forbade women from working. Single women have been working since the 1800's and some even owned businesses. It was uncommon however. Most women married and had a husband that supported the family. It was the cultural norm. The big change was when World War 1 came around and the US culture learned women could do "men's work". You have to realize men were nurses and secretaries, not women, in the old days. It took time to get the US to stop having jobs be gender specific.
