I don't think there's a real term in Japanese for "screw you", though there are a number of phrases like it if someone has truly managed to anger you. Probably the easiest is 死んじまえ (shinjimae) which is like saying "You need to die completely" or くたばっちまえ (kutabacchimae, note this is really vulgar) is like "Drop Dead". As an afterthought, you probably don't want to say these to anyone in Japan. Seriously, if someone spontaneously came up to you and told you off, you'd not be the happiest.
