How do you resume interrupted download in chrome?

Try wget, with the -c switch, the original url you were trying to download from, and make sure the partially downloaded .crdownload file is in the same directory as wget.

Also, if for some reason you've lost the .crdownload file, the same file should be in the .dat format in the cache folder.
