How do you store flax seed?

Flax seed oil should be capped and stored in the fridge, preferrably in a dark glass container. Be sure to avoid any heat or light, when storing.

Since it is a fine oil, it should be kept refridgerated for no more than 10 days as it can become rancid rather quickly.

Note that it can easily be made at home, which is much more economic.
