The basic idea is that the covered people can go online and see price and quality information for 20K procedures (tests, exams, operations) for 450K doctors and 150K facilities, including the contracted price, the maximum paid by the insurance, what education and certifications the doctor has, and--in some cases, perhaps--how many of that procedure that doctor has done and how many were successful.
