What is the interpretation of rizal's of through education our motherland receives light?

Rizal is comparing Education to the guiding available to humanity that makes happiness possible. It is through education that humans are able to achieve their pinnacle, and it is because education leads humans to harmony and to the solution of the problems that it increases the quality or quantity of one's life. This is seen in it's physical benefits as well as its constant application to nature, implying that there is an inherent, if not divine value to Education, as though it even runs the world outside of finite humanity.
