Can snails live in a container that has grass lettuce sand and holes?

YES THEY CAN BECAUSE I HAVE HAD MY SNAIL FOR 2 YEARS IN A CONTAINER. BUT MAYBE ONCE A DAY LET IT OUT OF THE CONTAINER FOR LIKE 15 TO 20 MINUETS AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE HOLES IN THE CONTAINER BUT YOU DON'T NEED SAND.

Insted of sand try dirt! It's better for the snails!
