hi i want to make a web show too so i went on you-tube and searched it up it came up with go on www.ustream.tv but i think you need to be 18 and over to go on it. . . hoped i helped!!!

You could also use livestream.com or Ustream.com u can go to live stream u only have to be born in 2000 or go to webs and create a website and click video and you can go

well i think to make a webshow you just gotta be FUNNY!!! just post it on YouTube and remember to be funny and entertaining. or instead of a webshow you could just make funny videos. there are these 2 websites with vids on them and its nothing fancy:
