Can you trade in your IPod touch for an IPhone at Best Buy?

It depends why.

- If it's for fun or a higher model, you probably can't.

- Broken iPods are different though. It depends.

- Water damage is a big no-no as the people at Apple open it up to see a dial that tells them if it's been submerged.

If you do want to get it replaced see the retailer where you got it from or an Apple store.
