How do you get hitmonchan in sapphire?

You can catch a Tyrogue at route 208 and 211 (West), although it's somewhat hard to find so you should use a pokéradar. To make it evolve, you need to get it to level 20, and then level it up. Although if it's attack is higher than it's defense, it will evolve into a Hitmonlee. And if it's attack is the same as it's defense, it will be a Hitmontop. So if you want a Hitmonlchan, it defense has to be higher than it's attack.
