Can colt manfacturing co reblue m1911a1s?

I believe so, call and ask. But, the WW2 1911A1 were parkerized finished, not blue ????

You may have a 1911 WW1 pistol, which had a high bluish finish..........check serial number to determine mfg. date.....................
