The real answer depends on two factors.
1) do you have the "factory" tire size/specification installed?
2) how do you drive?
This site gives all Fiat Brava tire pressures for "normal" and "loaded/speed" driving. This assumes you are using "factory" size/type tires. - http://www.thetyrepressuremonitor.com/tyrepressures_fiat.html
If you have installed different rims or have different sized tires then the pressure needs will alter slightly.
You should never go below 32 psi on this car. Higher may be better depending on driving conditions, tire wear and driving style. Many tire dealers reccoment the maximum sidewall pressure (printed on the tire) be used for best fuel mileage.
While true, it can lead to wearing the tires out too quickly in the center portion of the tread, costing you more to replace the tires more quickly (and the car may ride noticeably rougher!).
