I think she should talk to her doctor. If she wets herself at that age she would have a problem with the muscles that hold in urine until she needs to go. The doctor can assess why this is happening and point out the direction to go. There is no need for embarrassment; the sooner she sees the doctor the sooner she has this problem fixed.
