Is neosporin good for after laser tattoo removal?

No! I've been told is causes a dermatitis that can scar... I recently had my second treatment and the area turned blood red was very swollen and painful after just 5 days. I went to urgent care and the very first question was, "did I use Neosporine?" I'm not a doctor just hoping this will help!
