How do i get a eon ticket in Pokemon Alpha Sapphire?

Eon Tickets (which take you to the Southern Island) can only be acquired through an e-Reader, which updates your copy of Sapphire. Try checking the internet in your local area for a business that may have one.

Start the game and talk to the woman by the ferry in Lilycove City. She will run off and get a man who will take you to Southern Island. There, you will find a statue in the middle of a puddle of water. Face it and press A. Latias/LatiOS (Latias will appear for Ruby and LatiOS will appear for Sapphire) will appear. Catch the Pokemon and save the game.
