Does Slick 50 increase the life of an engine?

I think it will. but most important is to alway change your oil on time

http://www.ftc.gov/opa/1996/07/slick.shtm I don't know about all the FTC Charges, but what I do know is that I purchased a 1998 Chevrolet K1500 brand spanking new, changed the oil and filter every 3000-4000 miles and added SLICK 50 at 35000 miles and every 50000 miles thereafter. I now have 309000 miles on my truck and it is still going strong. I have never had any major engine trouble. Would recommend SLICK 50 to everyone that wants their vehicles engine to last. I don't believe all the hype that you see on the internet about the "FTC charges". It's probably people in the automotive manufacturing business that does not want our engines to last 300000 plus miles so that they can sell more vehicles!
