How do you do the decompression cable adjustment on a 1999 Suzuki intruder LC 1500?

I have a suzuki Intruder 1500lc

problem.

starts fine, but some times when rode for a while, it wont restart.

leave for 5 mins....then starts.

bateery seems fine....

any thoughts??

hoping its the decompreeion cable??
