You can get juice at a juice bar, which you can find at a community lot in Riverview or you can buy from the Buy Mode catalogue, which give a 4 hour "Sugar Rush" and then a 4 hour "Sugar Crash" moodlet, or with the World Adventures EP, you can make "Nectar" which is like wine that also gives appropriate moodlets.
