What do mollies the fish eat?

They usually eat tropical fish flakes, but i also give mine frozen blood worm, daphni, tropical feast, and cyclops (all other frozen treats) available from most fish stores . be sure not to feed theses daily just twice a week instead of flake foods. They also seem to like my sucker fishes algie waffers alot to and frozen peas every now and agen popped out off the shells.
