All vertebrates have bones - this includes mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians and fish. Sharks, rays and skates are an exception - they have cartilage in place of bones, but the cartilage provides the same function as a bony skeleton.
However, there are millions of species of animals that do not have bones - all the invertebrates. This includes crustaceans (lobster, crayfish, shrimp, etc.), molluscs (snails, octopi, clams, etc.), insects, echinoderms (sea urchins, etc.) and a variety of other animals.
