When returning to port from seaward and you see a red buoy you should respond?

Always remember, "Red to the right, returning," which means you should always keep the red buoy on your right hand side. Sail into harbor keeping the red buoy on the right (starboard) side

of your boat.

This applies in Region B, the opposite is true in Region A
