A good diet for pregnant women is;

milk, water, banana's, cherries, Apples, Oranges, squash, pineApple, and more !

Basically you should eat healthy and normal but avoid things that can get you salmonella like raw seafood, chicken, meat and eggs etc. Avoid alcohol and caffeine. All fruits are fine.
