Where are the fuel pump and fuel pump fuse on 1998 Dodge Neon Sport?

the fuel pump is located on the passenger side of the gas tank and is mounted on the side of the tank. the fuse is located in a rectangular black plastic box behind the battery, as you are standing in front of the car.
