If you get rear-ended in someone else's car and you are not on their policy and your license is not valid will the other person's insurance company still pay for the damages if it was there fault?

Answer Most likely yes. In most cases it doesn't matter who was driving the not-at-fault car or the status of their license.

Edit: No it will not cover because by law you shouldn't have been driving in the first place.
