You could - if you live close by - visit the present address to see if the current occupants have the information you want.

If they don't have that information, and if premises are leased, ask the occupants for contact details of the lessor: the company leasing out the premises will have information on previous tenants.

Otherwise, check with your local government authority, who should be able to help you.

Of course, if you live nearby, you could also try asking neighbours of the address in question whether they remember the previous business and its name.
