How do you get rid of a human bite mark?

Don't pick at an insect bite mark. Apply ice (wrapped in a towel) for about 5 minutes to reduce swelling. Apply an antibacterial cream if the bite looks infected (red, swollen, warm area). And leave it alone to heal.
