My boyfriend got me an iPod Touch for my birthday and I want to get him something great as well but I am all out of ideas what should I get him please help?

Out of ideas, you say? How about finding out what he wants? Try having a mutual friend or someone he knows with a silver tongue probe gently for ideas in a conversation with him. You could do that yourself, but the former approach is recommended if you want to surprise him. That would be your best bet in my opinion. Of course, if you already know his interests, just get him something that you know he'll like.
