Can you go to clubs in Spain at 17?

Here in the UK, no night-club would admit a 17-year-old. The minimum age for entry to a night-club here is 18... and door-staff are entitled to ask for proof of identity of anyone wanting to enter the premises. If they think you're too young, they can refuse to allow you in - and there's nothing you can do about it.

It would all depend on what country you're in - as to whether you'd be admitted.
