How long does a father have to shut a tattoo parlor down because the parlor tattooed his son?

Don't pay him he can sue but he'll have to pay money to do that . the judge will decide how much on the circumstance and you'll have small fines no jail time and you can pay fines as low as 100 a month if he wins or even 50$ he can try to shut the shop down but they really don't take the time to do all that in ca. it's just a misdemeanour fines can be as high as 1000$ & 30 day's in jail . but won't do that because ca is lenient on that matter
