What witch was named Griselda in Harry Potter?

Griselda Marchbanks is a famous witch, who is a member of the Wizengamot and head of the Wizarding Examinations Authority that runs the Ordinary Wizarding Level and Nastily Exhausting Wizarding Tests. She is apparently a close friend of Augusta Longbottom, the grandmother of Neville Longbottom.

During the 1995-1996 school year, she resigned from the Wizengamot in protest of Dolores Umbridge's appointment as Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry High Inquisitor and is subsequently accused of having ties to subversive goblin groups. She continued to admire Albus Dumbledore, to whom she had administered N.E.W.T. exams (circa 1899). It is not known if she was reinstated in the Wizengamot when he was.

She apparently continued in office, as her name was on the most recent W.O.M.B.A.T. exams offered by J. K. Rowling, her title at the WEA being given as "Governor".
