What was the 1980's kids show with a little girl named Emma and her grandfather who were always in the garden or outside airing on pbs I think?

I have that series on an old VHS. I don't have any way of playing it though. It was aired on TV I think OPB, or PBS, or BBC. I wish someone knew more about it too! Bring it back!
