Is it normal to have blond pubic hair if you are almost 11 years old?

When pubic hair first appears, it starts out as vellus hair, which is unpigmented, downy and straight. It is perfectly normal at your age. As you grow older, it darkens, becomes coarser and more curly. The patch of pubic hair may seem sparse to begin with but it will spread out into the classic triangular shape "bush" as you grow older.
