Why do some women not wear panties?

Easy- no panty lines, plus way more comfortable. Once you get used to it...I dunno, there's no going back. I hate wearing underwear now.

^^^ That is all good and well to me (a dude).. but wouldn't you have like, stuff goin down your leg and what not?
