Pokemon pearl where to find a poke watch?

First off its called a Poketch. and you can find it in Jubilife City. but you have to talk to a dude (dont worry he will find you). them go find 3 clowns and then go talk to that dude and he will give ou one. or you can just play alng with the game instead of wiating for an answer.
