How do you create talking animals in sploder?

you cant really create talking animals on sploder, but you can create a non-moving animal that has a speech bubbl with your choice of Words.-on platformer

to do this, start making a game and then go into the decorations section an go to the owl ,general or wizzard,above the plants.
