What would cause a water leak in the floor on drivers side and passenger side of a 2000 Toyota Avalon?

You probaly have the air conditioning drain obstructed ( clogged) and the water / condensation generated by it is draining in your flloor ).

Just go unfder the car , locate the drain pipe and intruduce a wire or something similar to unclogg it.
