Where is the thermostat located on a 2000 Land Rover Discovery II with a gas engine?

I have replaced this on my 2002 disco it is located below alternator and has three hoses conected to it.It looks like an artificial heart.Got mine on ebay for half what autozone wanted!It is on outside of engine and is easy to change.
