Will Ursula send you messages in GTA 5?

In GTA 5, Ursula is a character who can send players messages if they encounter her during specific random events. She appears as a hitchhiker and can be found on the roads of Los Santos. If you pick her up, she may engage in conversation and share messages, but her interactions are limited to that encounter. After her initial appearance, she does not send further messages.
