Who is Wayne Barrow of Bystorm Entertainment?

He is a gentleman born in March of 1965, raised in Brooklyn, served in the Navy as a corpsman. Worked with Teddy Riley and Wrecks-in-effect then on to co-manage Notorious BIG. He has two daughters, not sure if he is married.
