Principle of operation of magnetron

A magnetron operates by using a magnetic field to control the movement of electrons emitted from a heated cathode. When these electrons are influenced by the magnetic field, they spiral outward and interact with a series of resonant cavities, generating microwave radiation through the oscillation of the electrons. This microwave energy is then extracted and directed for various applications, such as in microwave ovens or radar systems.
