How do you unlock special z items Dragon Ball Z budokai tenkaichi 3?

Combo Master can be unlocked through Survival mode, Bardock's War. #17's Scarf can be unlocked through Disc Fusion, Budokai Tenkaichi 1. Medical Machine can be unlocked through Disc Fusion, Budokai Tenkaichi 2. #18's Kiss can (supposedly) be unlocked through Sim Dragon, though I somehow managed to get it without beating it. There are, of course, a few more that I don't know of, but these are... well, the ones I do know of. Hope this helps. The Great & Powerful Nominrath
