Why is the terms 'cold blooded' and 'warm blooded' innacurate?

  1. "cold-blooded"=Endotherm. It means that they are affected by the cold but that does not make them cold blooded. They can keep themselves warmer than their environments, but if their environment gets colder, their bodies will get colder in response.
  2. "warm-blooded"=Homeotherm. It means that they maintains its internal body temperature by its internal heating/cooling systems, no matter what it's environment is.
