A bat can produce probably up to 50 droppings in 24 hours, but many of these will be done outside. I have seen about 30 under a captive bat that has only roosted for 1 day.
Dont worry about the previous answer, bat droppings do not have disease, they are made up of insect cuticle only and are more or less sterile. They only stink if they get wet or damp. Bats are generally easy to get along with. Some species are known to carry rabies though - they will only bite if you handle them, so wear gloves if you have to pick them up. There are no instances of bats biting without provocation.
